I was pretty pleased with these deals, but my savings could've been better. I bought the kids sanitizer because I thought I needed a filler item (so that my total was enough that I could use all my ECBs earned in the previous transaction), but I didn't need it after all. So if I hadn't bought that, I would've only paid $0.72 for the second transaction, and would have earned $10 in ECBs instead of $11. But as I reminded myself on the trip home, it's still only $4 for all those items. :-)
Missed seeing you yesterday...
ReplyDeleteYeah, I hate it when I realize I could have done a deal differently and saved like thirty cents but like you said, I have to remind myself that in the long run it's not the end of the world...or like the other day when the cashier at wal-mart didn't scan one of my $1 off coupons, I had already saved like $15 and one of the coupons was kind of weird so she was worried about doing it right. I didn't have the heart to ask her to fix it.
Amazing friend! I love seeing your deals :-)! I'm headed there today myself I hope.
